Shipping:
Net. 14 - 30 days available upon approval. Late payment subject to late charge of €. 15 and 2% interest monthly. All sales are final. Damaged or improper merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. PS: We do not accept RuffWear products to be offered/sold via Ebay or other online auction related platforms.
Returns:
To submit a return or repair, please contact Original Doggear to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To receive proper credit, this RA# must be included with your returned merchandise, along with a copy of the invoice and explanation of the reasons for the return. Returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date.
No returns will be accepted on items that have been discontinued by Original Doggear. Items that are not in resalable condition (i.e.: damaged packaging, non-Ruff Wear pricing stickers, etc.) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
All products returned to Original Doggear for repair must be clean. Items that are not clean will be returned without consideration for credit or repair.
